Rules for directory listings, lead handling, and prohibited claims on TempHome Finder.
Listing standards
- Accurate NAP, service area, and housing types. No fake inventory.
- No “insurance always pays” or preferred-carrier claims without documentation.
- No duplicate thin city doorways or vacation-style spam through the brand.
- Photos must represent units or parks you actually offer.
Lead SLA (Pro / Network)
- Contact qualified leads promptly; target under 15 minutes during business hours.
- Report dispositions so we can improve routing quality.
- Exclusivity only where coverage and SLA are proven.
Content ownership
TempHome Finder educational content stays PopNet-owned. Members get a license to fulfill leads, not to publish SEO spam under the THF brand.
