Service description
TempHome Finder provides educational content and a connection layer for temporary housing. We are not an insurer, adjuster, or housing landlord unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
No guarantee of coverage or availability
Insurance outcomes depend on your policy and carrier. Provider availability and pricing change. We do not guarantee that insurance will pay for any option.
User submissions
You agree to provide accurate information on forms and not to misuse the site (spam, scraping, or illegal activity).
Provider listings
Providers must follow listing guidelines. PopNet may edit or remove listings that violate guidelines or law.
Provider membership and payment
Paid tiers are billed monthly in advance at the rate confirmed in writing before the first charge. A monthly membership can be cancelled with 30 days notice; annual agreements state their own term. Lead fees, where agreed, are set out in the written agreement and are not charged without it. No exclusivity exists unless the written agreement names the territory.
Disputes
Raise a dispute by email first. We respond within 30 days and try to resolve it directly. Governing law and venue are stated in the written provider agreement; for site users they are those of the state in which PopNet Media is organized, as stated on the contact page when published.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PopNet Media is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from third-party housing arrangements.
